DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We want your order to be with you as soon as possible, we aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class standard service. Larger orders will be dispatched with DPD.
Delivery prices are calculated at checkout and are based on the size and weight of your order. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any order at anytime.
RETURNS
We absolutely hope you are happy with your purchase from us but if for whatever reason you are not we are happy to offer an exchange or a full refund within 10 days of delivery. (excluding original delivery charge). We will arrange whichever you prefer as soon as possible. If you would like to return the item to us please ensure it is protected for its journey as we can't be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit and we may not be able to refund you. The cost for returning an item if your not happy will be the responsibility of the customer.

We do take great care when packaging your items but if your item is damaged in transit this must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at nawelda@hotmail.co.uk with a photograph showing the damage to your order. We will then issue further instructions and ensure that your issue is resolved as soon as possible.
RETURN POLICY
REFUNDS
In circumstances where you, the individual customer, wish to cancel the contract and return the product to Tilly and Ted Homeware, you have 14 days to inform us of returning an item, and a further 14 days to send it in. Subject to the product being in the same condition and packaging that it was delivered to you, a full refund will be provided. Any and all refunds that may be provided will be returned to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to be received.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, or damaged goods please email us a photograph and request either a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
